Price your medical coverage
Classes set the yearly coverage cap per person; all classes share the same 720-day lifetime hospitalization limit. Full network is only for Class A and B.
A 15% co-payment means the client pays 15% of each out-patient bill (labs, scans, consultations, etc.) out of pocket, and the plan covers the remaining 85%. The upgraded option removes this out-of-pocket share entirely, at a higher premium.
